Busanga Plains Camp

Busanga Plains Camp is established in a very remote area, one of the last remaining truly wild areas where one is able to experience numerous and various bird species. One can also be fortunate enough to experience exceptionally large herds of Roan Antelope, Buffalo, Gnu, and Red Lechwe to name a few.

A number of activities that will contribute to your bush experience in Kafue National Park are organized by the camp. You will be taken on a game drive in an open safari vehicle with a canopy into areas of the park that are good for game viewing.

In the middle of the plains, you will be able to see big groups of Lechwe and because the area is perenially wet, it has a big fig tree and a forest of palm trees. During the four months that the camp is accessible, it is one of Africa's most alluring and off the beaten path areas.

At Busanga plains we endeavour to maintain the high standards and one would be surprised of the tasty dishes made in the remote kitchen.

Regrettably no children under the age of 12.

- 50% deposit at booking is non refundable.
