Rodney is a qualified Lodge Manager, Wildlife Manager, Guide/Game Ranger, Recreational Director, Sport Scientist and Honorary Ranger [Zambia] and loves the outdoors.
He stepped out after 14 years of Corporate Development, Education and Training and has been involved formally in the Hospitality trade for 6 years at Management Capacity following his passion, wildlife and the sustainable utilisation of it in order to conserve for future generations.

Staff work hand in hand with ZAWA to protect natural ecosystems and all poaching attempts of any magnitude are reported to ZAWA.
Environmental guidelines for guests are provided and no washing is done at Busanga in order to be more enviromentally friendly. All laundry is sent to Mukambi Safari Lodge.
Busanga is built from local materials sourced from the surrounding area.
Water is managed by pumping just enough and cleansing for camp use.
