Description: The Camping site has two ablution blocks, each with a flushing toilet, hot and cold showers and basins, there is a sink for washing up pots and pans, and a half drum braai, for campers to cook on. All campers come with their own equipment.The setting is tranquil and natural.

Notes: Fees, charged by the Zambia Wildlife Authority, are payable on completion of your stay. Fees may be changed. We will issue you with a receipt to show when you exit the Park at the gate. These are currently as follows: ZAWA Entry to Kafue National Park: Non-residents - US$ 15 per person per day. CAMPING: Non-Residents: $5.00/day Additional ZAWA charges: Vehicle less than 3 tonnes net weight Locally registered - K 12,600 per vehicle per day Foreign registered - US$ 15 per vehicle per day Aircraft Locally registered - K 75,060 per aircraft per day Foreign registered - US$ 30 per aircraft per day Angling Non-residents - US$ 5 per person per day These rates are charge by ZAWA even though you have paid the camping at McBrides Rates are for camping facilities only. Activities are charged as required. Rates for the following activities: Game walk - $25 per person (min. 2 hours - no children under 12) Pontoon Boat charter - $110 per hour (available from 7 am to 6 pm) Banana Boat charter - $60 per hour (available from 7 am to 6 pm) Night drives - $10 ppp drive
